Zack started his leadership journey working in the metro-Atlanta area as a police officer and SWAT Operator. After seven years serving his local community, he transitioned to the role of an Infantry Leader in the U.S. Army and continued to serve during a combat deployment to Afghanistan and locally with the Georgia National Guard.

In between time away with the military, Zack has been able to build six businesses ranging from a security consulting firm, a domestic violence awareness non-profit, to an international dance competition he and his business partner grew to over 150 countries in the first year of operation.

At the center of his journey, Zack is focused on two things, service and leadership. His podcast, The Tactical Leader, furthers this journey and his service, helping him and his audience learn and grow from leaders across the world.

Jason Fleeman is a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty®, and owner of Jason Fleeman Properties. Jason is a Georgia native growing up in the Kennesaw & Marietta areas. Jason coached and trained sectional and national level tennis athletes all over North Georgia for 25+ years being named USTA Georgia’s Tennis Professional of the year twice.

Jason represents both buyers and sellers in North Atlanta including Woodstock, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Kennesaw, Acworth, & Marietta where he has built a strong network of relationships over the past 30+ years. Jason is well-known for his personal approach, consistently putting the needs of others in his community above any professional goals. Jason believes his relationships in Real Estate always go beyond the transaction!

With a trusted team of lenders, closing attorneys, and contractors, and an inside knowledge of North Atlanta swim, tennis, golf, and pickleball clubs, Jason is ready to help you sell your property and to find your ideal neighborhood community. Absolutely! We all start somewhere. We welcome all levels of experience so you’ll feel right at home in our community.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that represent you day to day, while keeping it professional. We want to make sure you are comfortable in a professional environment.

Can I eat or drink something during the workshop?

Absolutely! Better yet, eat and drink what we provide to you! We cater lunch each workshop!

Where does it take place?

We offer a blended approach to our community. Our weekly calls will be held remotely on Zoom but once a month we also offer an in person workshop in North Atlanta. Unable to attend the workshop? No worries! We also stream that live for you AND give you access to the recording!

What will I learn at the Workshops?

Our goal is to teach you aspects of business that usually take 10, 15 or even 25 years of experience to learn and understand. We want you to graduate from our academy and be an instant success in your professional ventures!
