Today I had the opportunity to speak with fellow veteran and real estate investing expert, Chris Wooten. Chris retired from the Marine Corps after 20 yrs where he was promoted 10 times with 3 combat tours. He then operated four house flipping teams, remotely while on active duty, and now operates an apartment investing asset management company Wooten Capital with a heavy focus on servant leadership.
