Breaking Barriers towards Irreversible Momentum with Paul Huszar

“So how did we learn how to be an adult based on the cultures, norms, and values of the US military? I’m not trying to make a statement but is distinctly different than the rest of society. I’m not trying to say we’re better because we’re not, we just made different choices, right?” – Paul Huszar

Welcome to another week of Tactical Leader! In today’s episode, we have Paul Huszar as he shares his military journey and his journey to leadership. How our identity is being heavily attached to our uniform as we transition out of the military realm can be a barrier for us on the way to exponential growth in society, but by recognizing our positive values, it is possible to pivot and grasp the life we deserve.
